Hicky's Family Life & Crisies

As you may have read in my last blog, our car was due for its M.O.T at the end of this week! We got it booked in for Yesterday, well thats what I was told on Friday over the telephone. Turned up yesterday, at the garage and was told it was not until the 22nd, so I was mad! As been on edge all day yesterday, and was left on edge again for another 24 hours!!!!

Took car back to garage today again...... sat waiting.............. hour and 10 minutes later, car turned up in car park, so I popped to see the young girl, for the "Virdict." Was told it "failed" OMG my heart went, and my face dropped!!!! The young girl laughed and said its "Passed," took me a few minutes to realied...... I was in shock!!

At least we only spent £30 for M.O.T, and nothing else!! So that means "Summer Hoildays Here We Come!!!" We will still only be going to Anderby Greek for a week, then in mid August we will be heading for the "Beautiful place..... called Norfolk.
At least now we can start to enjoy our summer hoildays with our daughter, plus still have days out!!!

Will post some holiday snaps once we have had our holidays

Well it's the start of the 6 weeks holidays for some school, but other's break up next week!! Our little one broke up on Monday 14th, so really we have 7 weeks holiday with our little one!! She starts back in September but in the morning, so it will be alot better, as the day will be our's instead of waiting around until 12.45, like we was! Well we are hoping to have day trips out, plus we are going to go on holiday with our touring caravan which we can't wait to get away, as my partner been through abit in the last few months with medical problems but now is getting sorted.... "About bloody time really" its been going on since Febuary....

We after Monday 21st we are hoping to start a small Holiday at a place called "Anderby Creek" which is not that far away from us, the only reason being is our car needs M.O.T before the 26th so money is going to be tight, but we will enjoy our holiday what ever money we have...... As we will be spending time on the beach alot, building sand castle with our daughter, plus not forgetting having a good paddle if the weather is nice..... There will be plenty of camera snaps... LOL And an update on it!!!

You might remember reading in a post about a month ago, that our daughter did a Sponsored Obstacle Course, and the money that was raised, goes towards Nursery and School trips. Well on Friday just gone our little one had her Nursery trip, they went to "Sundown Adventure Land" it was a long day really for her as she had to be at Nursey for 9:10am and returned back at Nursery at 3:00pm. It was a long day for myself and parnter, as we used to having her at home until dinner time!

Well she had a fab day and ask "us to take her now" which we will be doing in her holidays as her last day at Nursery should be next Tuesday, but we have other appointments that we have got to attend and there is no family near by to collect her from Nursery. But was informed today that next Tuesday they will be having a "party" so she will be missing out!! But there is nothing we can do!
